Leif G.W. Persson's Another Time, Another Place, translated by Paul Norlen and published in 2012 by Doubleday. This novel was originally published in Sweden in 2003.
A crime investigation novel spanning a 25 year period, involving the fall of East Germany, this was intriguing, well written and a very enjoyable read. The characters were well described, sometimes appalling, often amusing. I intend to continue with the series!
